Craniosacral Therapy is ideal for anyone looking to connect deeply with themselves through the body.

CST gently supports mind body integration that is beneficial for navigating life transitions, processing intense or sudden emotional challenges, lightening symptoms of anxiety, sleep disturbances, brain fog, reconnecting to the self after emotional grief or loss e.t.c. CST is especially helpful during pregnancy for both mom and baby, creating coherence between the two fields.

By being invited into moments of stillness, the body is given permission to lead the mind.

Migraines, chronic back pain, TMJ, acute physical pain, fibromyalgia, phantom pain, digestive issues, nerve pain/ numbness, e.t.c. may all be symptoms of nervous system dysregulation. CST seeks to correct the core of imbalance, to better foster integration between mind, body and spirit.

CST activates our instinctual responses while honoring intuitive knowing.

Memories, emotions, or thoughts may surface during sessions as we drop into the body.


What does a session look like?

Just as every body is different, every session can present differently according to the person, life experiences, and current mental, physical, and emotional state.

As our Craniosacral rhythm changes moment to moment, the way we interact with our internal rhythms may also change.

Sessions may feel restorative and meditative accessing liminal states between consciousness and the unconscious.

Whereas some sessions may invoke feelings or sensations that have not been fully processed, bringing forth greater intensity. Every session is yours, welcoming anything and everything that may come up in a protected, supported space.

Becoming Deeply present with the body & mind is a key component to Craniosacral Therapy.
