ABOUT ME
My practice blends intuitive presence, anatomical knowledge and energetic awareness to support a deeper connection and experience of the self.
In 2013, I attended The Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in Denver, CO. Feeling deeply connected to Craniosacral Therapy, I pursued continuing education with Upledger Institute and CST Alliance.
Since relocating to New York in 2016, I have worked with a wide range of clients including soon to be moms, neurodiverse children and adults, hyperactivity, sleep issues, spectrum and sensory sensitivities, anxiety, birth trauma, chronic migraines, traumatic brain injuries, dancers, athletes, and performance artists.
In 2023, I completed a Master of Arts in Experimental Psychology with a research focus on Interoception, the conscious awareness of our internal body sensations. This background informs my bottom-up approach to therapy supporting a reconnection with our inner landscape as a path to self exploration and mind body evolution.
My work is grounded in the belief that the body carries its own deep intelligence—and that healing occurs naturally when the mind is invited into stillness.

My introduction to working with the craniosacral rhythm
In 2009 my high school boyfriend was electrocuted in a trade class and was airlifted to MA General hospital. He suffered multiple seizures before being induced into a coma to preserve brain function. At this time, I experienced my first out of body experience ( I remembered this as a vivid dream where I was watching myself and his siblings sleep in the hotel room). He was laughing, we were flying through the Boston skyline and I had a knowing that he would wake up— which he did. His recovery process was not linear. He did wake up quoting The Hangover with only mild memory loss of about 6 months. There was significant swelling of cerebrospinal fluid in his frontal lobe ( the house of our executive functioning, emotional regulation, and personality). This presented an array of mental, emotional, and psychosomatic challenges, including severe migraines. This was my first introduction to touch therapy as a way to relieve cranium pressure. I had no training or logistical understanding of the Craniosacral rhythm, solely following his feedback in what seemed to be helping the headaches. From here with the support of Kyle and his family I traveled to Denver, CO for training at a holistic therapy institute offering Craniosacral fascial release therapy.
